Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, hosting, email, domain, and business-credit-building services provided by Net30Hosting (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including net30hosting.com (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Description of Services

Net30Hosting provides web hosting, professional email, domain registration, and related infrastructure services. As a feature of our hosting plans, we report on-time payment history to business credit bureaus, helping customers build business credit tradelines.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a registered business entity (LLC, corporation, or equivalent)
Have a valid Employer Identification Number (EIN)
Provide accurate and complete business information

Sole proprietorships operating under a Social Security Number are not eligible for credit reporting services, though they may use hosting services where permitted.

3. Plans and Pricing

Our hosting plans are billed monthly at the following rates:

Starter: $19.95/month
Growth: $39.95/month
Pro: $64.95/month
Business: $99.95/month

All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Plan features are described on our pricing page. We may change plan prices or features with at least 30 days’ notice; price changes apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period. Optional add-ons, such as the Rush Credit Check ($14.95 one-time, non-refundable), are billed separately.

4. Net30 Payment Terms

Each monthly invoice is extended to you on net-30 terms: payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Payments received on or before the due date are current; payments received after the due date are late. Your payment timeliness relative to the net-30 due date is what we report to business credit bureaus (see Section 6). Repeated late payment may result in suspension or termination of Services and will be reflected in your reported tradeline.

5. Credit Check Queue and Verification

New accounts undergo business verification before credit reporting begins. The standard verification queue takes up to 14 business days. The optional Rush Credit Check add-on ($14.95, one-time, non-refundable) prioritizes your account in the queue but does not guarantee approval or a faster bureau reflection time. We reserve the right to decline service if verification fails, in which case any prepaid plan fees for unstarted service periods will be refunded.

6. Credit Reporting Disclaimer

Important: Net30Hosting reports factual on-time payment history to Equifax Business, CreditSafe, and PayNet. However, we do not guarantee any specific credit score, credit approval, financing, or other financial outcome. Results vary based on factors outside our control, including your existing credit history, each bureau’s scoring model, and bureau update schedules, which can take one or more reporting cycles to reflect new tradelines. If you believe reported information is inaccurate, contact support@net30hosting.com and we will investigate.

7. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You agree to keep your account, business, and billing information current and accurate. We may suspend or terminate accounts with false, misleading, or unverifiable information.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

Host, transmit, or distribute illegal, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise unlawful content
Distribute malware, ransomware, phishing pages, or spam
Send unsolicited bulk email or engage in email abuse
Overload servers, launch denial-of-service attacks, or interfere with other customers’ use
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
Resell or redistribute the Services without our prior written authorization
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without prior notice depending on severity. Illegal activity may be reported to law enforcement.

9. Service Level and Uptime

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including upstream provider outages, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

10. Refunds and Cancellation

Cancel anytime: subscriptions are month-to-month. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and hosting and email services will be deactivated at that time.
No partial-month refunds: fees already billed for the current cycle are non-refundable, except as required by law.
Case-by-case refunds: refund requests made within 30 days of a charge are reviewed individually; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
Rush Credit Check: the $14.95 Rush Credit Check add-on is non-refundable once the prioritized review has begun.
Chargebacks: initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension.

Upon cancellation, previously reported tradeline history remains with the credit bureaus under their own retention policies; we do not remove accurate historical reporting.

11. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described there.

12. Intellectual Property

The Net30Hosting website, branding, and content are our property or the property of our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without permission. Content you host on our servers remains yours; you grant us only the limited rights necessary to store and serve it as part of the Services.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Net30Hosting, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Net30Hosting from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time as described in Section 10. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms, fraud, non-payment, or illegal activity. Upon termination, you are responsible for retrieving your data before deactivation; we are not obligated to retain hosted content after service ends.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the state or federal courts located in Delaware, as permitted by law.
